Yaman Akzdeniz Yaman Akdeniz is Professor of Law at Istanbul Bilgi University (Turkey) and has been working as an expert to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights with regard to challenges posed by the Internet.
Stephen Allen Stephen Allen is Senior Lecturer in Law at Queen Mary College, University of London and a practising lawyer. His research interests include the areas of territoriality/extra-territoriality and State sovereignty and jurisdiction in international law.
Jutta Brunnée Jutta Brunnée is Associate Dean of Law and Professor of Law at the University of Toronto, holding the Metcalf Chair in Environmental Law. She has published widely on questions of Public International Law and International Environmental Law.
Terry Gill Terry Gill is Professor of Military Law at the University of Amsterdam and the Netherlands Defence Academy. He is Director of the Research Program on the Law of Armed Conflict and Peace Operations at the Amsterdam Centre for International Law and of the Netherlands Research Forum on the Law of Armed Conflict and Peace Operations. Between 2010 and 2012 he served as a member of the Expert Group on the Manual of International Law relating to Cyber Warfare (NATO Tallinn Manual)
